Yes, the customer service is excellent. This is my first love doll. It took less than 15 days for her to arrive, but the wait was worth it. The doll is exactly as described and works fine. She is adorable and feels great in the hand. Her skin is a little sticky (attracts hair and lint) but there are ways around that. The overall quality of the doll is great and I have no complaints about her.
